Photograph your piece
Take clear photos in good natural light. Show the front, back, label, and any wear or flaws honestly. Accurate listings build trust and reduce disputes. Our in-app guidance helps you get the perfect shot.
Write your description
Add brand, size, condition grade, and a description. We'll surface comparable sold listings to help you price competitively. A fair price means a faster sale.
Set your price
Choose your asking price. Buyers can purchase at your price or make an offer, and you decide whether to accept. For rental, toggle the option and add a daily rate and minimum period.
We handle the rest
When a buyer purchases, you'll get a notification. An Australia Post label is auto-generated in the app. Print it, pack the item, and drop it at your nearest Australia Post outlet. Done.

Every sale generates an Australia Post label instantly. Print from your phone or any printer, attach to your parcel, and drop off at your nearest outlet. You decide whether the buyer or you pay for shipping, no postage queues or rate calculations either way.
No chargeback risk
Buyers are protected by our dispute system, not credit card chargebacks. You won't lose funds from a fraud claim. Disputes are handled by our team with fair resolution.
Payout within 72 hours
Once delivery is confirmed, your payout is released directly to your linked bank account within 72 hours. No monthly pay cycles. No waiting weeks.

So how does Relook make money?
The buyer pays a 10% platform fee (minimum $10) on top of your listing price at checkout. That's what funds buyer protection, dispute resolution, ID verification, and the platform itself. None of it touches your payout.
Postage is separate, at checkout you choose whether the buyer or you pay for shipping (Standard $15 or Express $22). Labels are auto-generated either way.
