Label auto-generated
An Australia Post label is automatically created in the app, paid for by whoever you set when listing (Standard $15 or Express $22). No manual booking, no calculating rates.
Print & pack
Print the label from your phone or any printer. Pack your item securely and attach the label. Done.
Drop off & track
Drop your parcel at the nearest Australia Post outlet. Both you and the buyer receive real-time tracking updates.

Two flat rates, anywhere in Australia. Whoever covers shipping (you or the buyer) is set when you list, adjustable per-item later.
Standard

AusPost Express Post. For weekend events, urgent deliveries, and rentals on a deadline.
Buyer can upgrade. If you cover Standard shipping, the buyer can pay the $7 difference at checkout to upgrade to Express. If they pay shipping, they pick at checkout.

Rental returns
Returns are just as simple.
Every rental package includes an Australia Post return label. When the rental period ends, renters simply repack the item, attach the return label, and drop it off at any AusPost outlet.
Return shipping is settled at checkout, paid by whoever the seller has set (typically the renter), so there is no separate payment when the item is sent back.
