How to do everything.

You can sign up in under a minute with an email and password.

1. Download Relook from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Create account on the sign-in screen.
3. Enter your email and a password (minimum 8 characters).
4. Confirm your email by tapping the link we send you.
5. You'll then be guided through onboarding to set up your profile.

Buying does not require ID verification. Selling and renting do — see the next article.

ID verification is required before you can list items for sale, list items for rent, or place a rental request. It is powered by Stripe Identity, takes about 2 minutes, and is a one-time process.

1. Open Profile → Account Settings in the app.
2. Tap Verify identity.
3. Choose either an Australian driver's licence or passport.
4. Take a photo of the document, then a quick selfie when prompted.
5. Submit. You'll get a notification within minutes when it's confirmed.

Your ID document and selfie are stored by Stripe under their privacy policy and are never shared with other users.

Your profile shows other users who they're dealing with — name, photo, location, and ratings (once you have transactions).

1. Open Profile → Edit profile.
2. Add your full name, a profile photo, a short bio, and your suburb.
3. Save.

A complete profile increases the chance buyers approve rental requests and trust your listings.

During onboarding you choose one of three paths:

• Buyer — set up a delivery address and you're ready to shop and rent.
• Seller — adds steps for pickup address, shipping defaults, payouts, and ID verification.
• Both — runs through the full setup, so you can buy, sell, and rent out items from one account.

You can switch later by completing the missing steps from Profile → Settings.
