Next-day dispatch
Sellers must ship by 4pm the next business day after purchase. Miss the deadline and they get a strike on their account — repeat offenders are paused. If your item never arrives in time, raise a dispute and our team can refund you in full.
72-hour dispute window
After your item arrives, you have 72 hours to inspect it and raise a dispute if it's not as described. Our team reviews all evidence and resolves disputes within 3 business days.
Escrow payment protection
Your payment is never sent directly to the seller. It's held securely in escrow until you confirm receipt. If a dispute is upheld, your refund comes directly from the held funds.
