What it actually costs

You only ever pay the rental and a small platform fee. The security bond is a hold on your card, like a hotel deposit, not an actual charge.
Return your rental in the same condition you received it and the hold is released automatically within 72 hours. Most renters never see a single charge for the bond.

Select your dates
Choose your rental start and end dates. Standard rentals are up to 5 days. For longer or custom arrangements, message the seller directly via the app.
Checkout with security bond
Your checkout includes the rental fee plus a refundable security bond. The bond is held as an authorisation on your card and is only charged if damage is reported on return.
Wear it, return it
Receive the item, enjoy the rental period, then return via the AusPost label included in your package (return shipping is settled at checkout). The bond is released within 72 hours of clean return confirmation.

All renters must complete ID verification before making their first rental request. This protects sellers and ensures accountability, creating a higher quality community of renters.
Return label in every package
An Australia Post return label arrives inside every rental, ready to use. Repack the item, attach the label, and drop at any AusPost outlet. Return shipping is settled at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when you send it back.
