How it works
Rental, simplified.
List with a daily rate
Set your daily rental rate, minimum rental period, and which dates your piece is available. Buyers browse and request the dates they need.
Approve the request
You'll receive a rental request with the renter's ID-verified profile. Review and approve or decline. You're always in control of who wears your pieces.
Item goes out
An Australia Post label is auto-generated based on whoever you set to pay shipping. Ship the item, and the renter tracks delivery in real-time. The rental period begins when they receive it.
Item is returned
An AusPost return label is included in the parcel for the renter (its cost is settled at checkout). They ship back at the end of the rental period. You have 72 hours after receipt to flag any issues.
Bond released
If the item comes back clean, the renter's security bond authorisation is released and your rental payment is paid out. Clean and simple.
Dispute if needed
If the item comes back damaged, raise a dispute within 72 hours. Our team reviews within 3 business days and captures the appropriate bond amount.

Security bonds
Every rental requires a security bond, held as an authorisation on the renter's card. If they return the item in perfect condition, it's released automatically. If there's damage, we capture the appropriate amount after reviewing your dispute.
Rental approval control
Every rental request comes with the renter's ID-verified profile and review history. You choose who wears your pieces. Approve the requests you're comfortable with, decline the rest. No explanation required.
Away mode
Travelling? On holiday? Pause your rental listings instantly with Away Mode. Your items won't receive new requests while you're away, and turn back on with a single tap when you're ready.
72-hour dispute window
After your item is returned, you have 72 hours to inspect it and raise a dispute if needed. Submit photos and a description, and our team will review and resolve within 3 business days.
