No. Sellers pay absolutely nothing: not to download the app, not to list, not to sell, and not to rent out items. The platform fee is paid by the buyer at checkout, on top of the seller's listing price.
The buyer pays a 10% platform fee (minimum $10) added on top of the listing price at checkout. The seller receives their full asking price in their bank account.
You choose. When listing, you can set whether the buyer or you cover Standard ($15) or Express ($22) shipping. The Australia Post label is auto-generated either way, no manual postage calculations or queues.
